These Warm Cinnamon Bananas Are a Simple and Healthy Snack with just 4 Ingredients

Over the course of the last three years, I have spent a lot of time in daycares, preschools, and grade schools. One of the most common snacks that I see (that are provided for the kids by the institution) is bananas. Kids love them! They eat them up and ask for more. It is a great snack because bananas have tons of nutrients, but they also feel more filling than an orange or an apple.

Around here, new parents are choosing to give fruit as dessert instead of more processed treats like cookies or candies. These deliciously sweet cinnamon bananas are the way to go. They’d be great desserts or snacks. They would also be great fun in a cooking activity with kids!

Love these quick and easy snacks. I really wish I had been taught (and trained) to eat more healthily as a kid. It’s proving hard to fight against a lifetime of sugar and other junk. I’m going to start making these when I feel peckish for something sweet!
