This recipe will leave you with some awesome tasting grilled chicken. The glaze will be salty yet sweet. Plus with the lemon juice, it will have a lovely tang. Ingredients for Glazed Grilled Chicken
4-6 (1-1/2 lbs.) Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless & thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon fleshly cracked black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic and black pepper. Add chicken breast to mixture, coat chicken well, cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hour (toss once or twice).
2. Lightly oil clean grilling racks. Preheat grill to 500 degrees F. Add marinated chicken breast to hot grill. Grill thinly sliced chicken breast 2-3 minutes on each side or for thicker chicken breast grill 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
