I went to Chicago for the first time last August. I ended up living there for a month because I was taking a certification class. My mom happens to live there now so it was super convenient. While I was there I had to have a Chicago pizza. That deep dish magic of crust crust crust. It was definitely a different experience, and it was super yummy.
This deep dish pizza isn’t going to be close to that, but it will still be delicious and like a fraction of the cost of a pizza from a pizza place.
I love the idea of this because it is so easy. It’s a deep dish pizza in a casserole dish. I feel so silly for not thinking of it before! Pizza night can add up quickly especially when you have a larger family, and if you have family members who don’t agree on pizza toppings. I love build your own pizza night because it allows most people to be happy!
