Easy Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

I never really grew up with the Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies. I always grew up with the fork plaid peanut butter cookies. In fact, I have no memory of ever even trying a peanut butter kiss cookie. Maybe I should start now!

Betty Crocker is definitely one of my favorite box brands. In fact, if you’re looking for the homemade flavor and texture, but just don’t have the time for all the steps of homemade, then she’s the best to use. The video with the instructions are on the next page.


Ingredients for Easy Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® peanut butter cookie mix
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
36 Hershey’s® Kisses® Brand milk chocolates, unwrapped


1. Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until dough forms.

2. Shape dough into 36 (1-inch) balls; roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately press 1 milk chocolate candy in center of each cookie. Remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely, about 20 minutes. Store cookies in tightly covered container.
