So, they call this a thai pizza. I have had like an actual Thai pizza at a pizza parlor. It’s delicious. This recipe is nothing close to what you may be thinking a Thai pizza would look like. That being said, this Thai-inspired appetizer is a GREAT option. Even the kids will love it!
The main thing to worry about with this is that the base is peanut butter, and so if you have any peanut allergies coming to your party, beware! Epi pens are not the most fun thing at a party. Go ahead and follow the link to the next page for the ingredients. The video will be on the page after.
What is always the best part of a pizza? The options, of course! Are you not a fan of bell peppers? Throw on some mushrooms instead! Don’t like carrots? Ok, how about some shredded zucchini? You get the point. It’s super simple to change this into your dream Thai-inspired appetizer.
Thanks to the folks at Howdini for this recipe!

Wow! This ginger-y peanut sauce type base is going to pair so nicely with this cilantro and carrot. The cucumber will give it that fresh summer feel, and the bell peppers… Well, I know some of you will like them! They’re not my deal. Check it out below.
