Tortellini and Meatball Soup

Soups made with pureed ingredients are awesome. They’re thick and hearty, and you can just slurp at them without bothering with chewing. There are times, though, when a chunky soup with lots of bits and pieces to chew on are more satisfying than pure liquid soup. On those times, you just have to make yourself a nice, chunky soup like this tortellini and meatball soup.
