Confession time: I’ve never had monkey bread. How has this happened? My SO actually just requested some monkey bread the other day. I think he was just thinking the cinnamon sugar kind, but I know that he loves both maple and bacon. Sooooo, maybe I’ll treat him to some bacon and maple monkey bread.
This would be such a great dessert or breakfast. What a lovely birthday breakfast this would be!
This monkey bread is going to be so rich and luscious. Those pecans paired with bacon, and then in all that maple flavor? Oh my heavens! How amazing. Again, this would be a great recipe to share at a potluck or a family function.
